12x Baji (referred to hereinafter as "we", "us", or "the platform") operates this website and its associated mobile application. By registering with 12x Baji or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you and 12x Baji. It is your responsibility to read and understand them. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our platform.

Support Hours:

To open an account and use our services at 12x Baji, you must meet the following requirements:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. Account registration is not available to minors.
• You must reside in a country or region where online betting is legally permitted.
• You may only hold one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You must be of sound mind and capable of making your own decisions.
• You are not enrolled in any active self-exclusion program.

12x Baji may request a copy of your National ID, passport, or other government-issued document at any time for age and identity verification purposes. Withdrawals may be suspended until verification is complete.

All information provided when registering with 12x Baji must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information will result in account termination.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials strictly confidential. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.

• Use a strong password that you don't use anywhere else.
• If you log in on a public or shared device, make sure to log out when your session ends.
• Your account must not be shared with or used by anyone else.
• Report any suspicious activity to us immediately.

Update Account Details

Your name, date of birth, and nationality cannot be changed after registration. To update contact details such as your email or phone number, you will need to go through an identity verification process. 12x Baji reserves the right to verify all requests for information changes.

Please familiarise yourself with the following policies before placing any bets on 12x Baji. In the event of any betting dispute, the decision of 12x Baji shall be considered final.

Bet Acceptance

• A bet is only confirmed once the system accepts it and generates a reference number.
• If a bet confirmation is not received due to a technical issue, that bet will not be considered valid.
• 12x Baji reserves the right to void any bets placed at clearly incorrect odds.

Odds & Results

All odds are updated in real time and settled based on the odds displayed at the moment the bet is placed. If an event is cancelled or suspended, stakes are generally refunded, though different rules may apply in certain circumstances.

Live Betting

For live betting, odds may change due to internet latency. 12x Baji reserves the right to suspend bet acceptance on live events at any time. Live bets placed at clearly erroneous odds may be voided.

12x Baji supports deposits and withdrawals through popular mobile banking services in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit

• Minimum deposit amounts may vary depending on the payment method used.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used.
• Third-party deposits are not accepted.

Withdraw

• Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours.
• Withdrawals are processed using the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held if identity verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawals may be put on hold for review if suspicious activity is detected.

12x Baji regularly offers a range of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus has its own terms, which are outlined in the respective offer details.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus can only be claimed once, unless stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• A maximum bet limit may apply to bets placed using bonus funds.
• Each bonus comes with a specific time limit to meet wagering requirements — once expired, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts or via a VPN is strictly prohibited.

Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse bonuses or claim them through fraudulent means gives 12x Baji the right to close the account and forfeit all funds. In any dispute relating to bonuses, 12x Baji's decision is final.

12x Baji believes that betting should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. The wellbeing of our users is always our top priority.

• You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account.
• If needed, you can request a temporary break from your account for a set period of time.
• You may apply for long-term self-exclusion — once active, reversing it is not straightforward.
• If you're experiencing gambling-related issues, our support team can connect you with professional help.

Engaging in any of the following activities will result in immediate account closure and may lead to legal action:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial transactions.
• Using software, bots, or any other automated means to place bets or manage your account.
• Betting involving match fixing or the use of insider information.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs for personal gain.
• Threatening or harassing other users.
• Using a false identity or fraudulent documents.

12x Baji reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time and for any reason. Accounts may be closed under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity.
• At the user's own request.
• Extended inactivity (typically over 12 months).
• For legal or regulatory requirements.

If an account is closed while holding a valid balance, any legitimate funds will be returned following the completion of a verification process. However, if the closure is due to fraud, the balance may be forfeited.

If you wish to close your account, please contact our support team. We recommend settling all pending bets and withdrawing your balance before proceeding with the closure.

12x Baji reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will endeavour to notify you in advance via your registered email.

Updated terms take effect from the date they are published. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
